Frank is a best guy , he fixed my Volvo radiator in timely manner with a good price.. all staff friendly and helpful. I suggest them to keep pet dogs away from waiting room which made me little uncomfortableβ¦

I broke down with my semi truck near Flagstaff, Arizona on a Saturday, and the only repair shop that was open was Belmont Truck Repair and Towing. I am so glad I found them. I especially want to recognize Aaron, the mechanic who worked on my truck. In all my years of driving and dealing with mechanics, I have never met anyone quite like him. Aaron was calm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose the problem first, then came back and explained every detail of what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it. He kept his word, and the repair was completed exactly as promised. The prices were very reasonable, and every penny I paid was worth it. The quality of the work and the outstanding customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Belmont Truck Repair and Towing to anyone who needs honest, professional, and reliable truck repairs. If I ever have another problem with my truck in the area, I will definitely come back. Thank you, Aaron, and the entire Belmont Truck Repair and Towing team, for your excellent service!

Poor customer service and unprofessional handling of repairs. The wrong part was installed, the issue was never resolved, and the business would not take responsibility afterward. I gave them the opportunity to correct the problem, but nothing was properly addressed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Changed a trailer tire here yesterday after a blowout. People β 5/5. Communication β 5/5. Service speed β 5/5. Price β 5/5. Service quality β 3/5. My tire exploded and disconnected the ABS and marker light connectors. The marker light connector was literally dangling right in front of the wheel. They changed the tire β but left the wires hanging. ABS light is still on. Maybe itβs just me, but in Europe weβre used to going the extra mile if something takes under 5 minutes and doesnβt cost anything. Itβs a quality, customer care, or just a right thing β whatever you call it. Man, you had two connectors right in front of your face. Plugging them back in wouldnβt have killed you. Regret leaving a tip π΅
